The UVic Psychology Wellness Campaign was created by the Canadian Psychological Association Campus Student Representative, Sonja Foss.
Sonja realized that as a psychology major, there are very limited opportunities to kinesthetically experience the effective mood regulation research discussed in lectures while not breaking the bank or being too far from campus.
A fundraiser was born!
As a student or a friend of a student or an interested community member, you are invited to participate in 6 different wellness events this Fall 2024 school term for all body types and ages.
We are hoping to make this a regular experience at UVic and are welcoming professors, researchers, counsellors and facilitators who are willing to offer their wisdom, expertise and time to help promote evidence-based psychological wellness activities here on campus.
